Manager, FinTech Commercial

Responsibilities

• Analyze payment method cost and performance data sets to identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate closely with Product and FinTech solutions on roadmaps, strategic planning, and initiative prioritization
• Evaluate partnership opportunities with Fintech partners through business cases to realize cost savings or create incremental revenue
• Act as a subject matter expert for Pay-in topics across Agoda and educate stakeholders about payments deal economics
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, Finance, and Customer Services

Requirements

• 4-8 years of professional experience in Analytics, Consulting, Strategy & Operations, or Data Science
• 2+ years of experience in payments or Fintech, ideally on the merchant-side analyzing payment performance
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA or Master’s in Business/Finance/Management preferred)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and building dashboards
• Demonstrated track record of executing data-driven strategies that result in measurable revenue or margin improvement
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills to present proposals to internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a "get it done" attitude
