Manager, Financial Transactions Transfer Pricing

Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of transfer pricing projects, ensuring technical excellence and a business-focused approach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal networks and clients to provide high levels of service
• Assist in winning new business by proactively managing existing client accounts
• Contribute to value generation for both EY and clients while managing appropriate risk
• Identify areas of risk, perform effective reviews, and escalate matters when necessary
• Coach and mentor more junior staff members within the team

Requirements

• Strong transfer pricing technical skills
• Deep understanding of financial concepts and economics
• Degree or postgraduate degree is essential
• Professional qualification such as ACA, CA, ACCA, CTA, or CFA
• Proven project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as a motivated team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing complex, multi-country projects
• Strategic and commercial awareness in a professional services environment
• Experience with treasury functions, cash pooling, or hedging arrangements
