Manager – Financial Services

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic consulting engagements for clients in the banking and insurance sectors.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants to foster a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with Business Unit leads on compelling proposals to win new business.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to position the firm as a strategic partner.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in a Big 4 or equivalent top-tier consulting firm.
• Proven track record of delivering complex strategic projects in the financial services industry.
• Deep expertise in the Singapore financial services market, including regulatory landscapes and industry trends.
• Strong knowledge of Wealth & Asset Management, Asset Servicing, and Corporate & Investment Banking.
• Demonstrated ability in client acquisition, prospecting, and relationship management.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to grow a business unit and pursue a partnership track.
