Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage the annual operating plan (AOP), financial planning, and forecasting processes across business units and countries.
• Prepare monthly standalone and consolidated MIS, including unit P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow positions with key business insights.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models, dashboards, and performance reports to support management decision-making.
• Assess financial performance by comparing actual results against budgets and performing variance analysis (ANOVA).
• Partner with business teams to evaluate profitability and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Track and report key financial and operational KPIs to leadership.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams during monthly and quarterly close cycles.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with a focus on business insights.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and advanced financial modeling.
• Hands-on experience with IGAAP and Ind AS; knowledge of USGAAP or IFRS is an advantage.
• Experience managing budgets within SAP B1, HANA, or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to board members and senior management.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA, MBA in Finance, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience working within dynamic, high-growth, or technology-driven organizations.
• Exposure to Business Intelligence (BI) tools or specialized financial planning systems.
