Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and recurrent FP&A deliverables, including P&L, revenue reporting, and agency profitability.
• Provide monthly financial reporting that highlights risks and opportunities through precise variance analysis of actuals vs. budgets and forecasts.
• Support the PXP CFO and FP&A Director with day-to-day tasks and special transversal projects.
• Analyze Business Development data via Salesforce to ensure consistency in forecasting and budgeting for pitches and prospecting.
• Monitor Trade Working Capital (TWC), including overdue accounts, receivables, and WIP.
• Conduct cost analysis and budget vs. actual reviews to ensure profitability targets are met.
• Prepare business review and forecast presentations using PowerPoint.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Audit.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in Excel (experience with Macros is a plus).
• Required experience with HFM (Hyperion), Smartview, or Essbase.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for financial presentations.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with Salesforce for data reporting and analysis.
