Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (PPP)

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning activities
• Develop financial models, stress testing, and scenario analysis to support strategic investments
• Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and variance analysis
• Monitor actual vs budgeted performance to identify financial risks and opportunities
• Partner with departments to evaluate project feasibility, ROI, and funding requirements
• Build business cases and assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives
• Ensure proper cost center allocation, project accounting, and compliance with financial controls

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Business Analysis
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial modelling
• MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance preferred
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Experience in PPP, infrastructure, transport, or large-scale projects preferred
