Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads
• Prepare budget review decks, forecasts, and variance analysis presentations for senior management
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI tracking tools with a focus on automation
• Build and manage financial models for Cash Flow, P&L, and Balance Sheet planning
• Prepare and deliver monthly/quarterly MIS, financial summaries, and Board-level reporting materials
• Analyze business performance trends to identify risks and opportunities
• Support the preparation of interim and annual consolidated financials
• Drive special initiatives around reporting automation and process simplification

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in core FP&A, budgeting, or business finance
• Mandatory industry experience in retail, consumer goods, luxury, or manufacturing
• Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and MIS reporting
• Strong analytical and communication skills to interact with senior leadership
• Ability to relocate to Surat, Gujarat (no relocation assistance provided)
