Manager Financial IT Systems and Digitalization

Responsibilities

• Act as the SAP Key User (Finance/Controlling), coordinating the maintenance and optimization of ERP, BI, and reporting solutions.
• Ensure system compliance with all legislative and regulatory changes.
• Identify digitalization opportunities and lead projects (RPA, digital dashboards) from conception to implementation across accounting, tax, treasury, and credit management.
• Develop and maintain group reporting applications for Budget, Forecast, and Mid-Term Planning (MTP).
• Manage relationships with EBS and the Digital Center regarding Master Data and new scenario testing.
• Coordinate the integration of IT systems during new company acquisitions.
• Support finance teams and collaborate cross-functionally to drive the adoption of new digital tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Economic Informatics, Cybernetics, or a related field.
• Solid experience working with SAP systems, specifically in Finance and Controlling modules.
• Proven experience managing IT or digitalization implementation projects.
• Deep understanding of financial, accounting, and reporting processes.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical thinking, solution-oriented mindset, and excellent coordination skills in an international environment.
