About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support workstreams that enhance the enterprise's ability to prevent, detect, and respond to financial crime through process, technology, and governance improvements.
  • Manage a multi-year roadmap to drive financial crimes transformation across various business units.
  • Partner with 1st Line Business Unit teams and 2nd Line of Defense groups to implement risk management frameworks.
  • Maintain 1st Line of Defense financial crimes governance structures and control mapping.
  • Develop reporting to measure program health and drive proactive issue management and executive communications.
  • Partner with product, capabilities, and data governance teams to build future-state financial tools.
  • Support change management by reviewing and challenging controls to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in transformation and program management.
  • Strong understanding of governance, target operating models, and control frameworks.
  • Experience supporting multi-year strategic programs across cross-functional business units.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, define strategic vision, and drive results in "white space" environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience required.
