Manager, Financial Advisors

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Mass Affluent Advisors through coaching, performance management, and goal setting
• Hire and onboard advisor talent, partnering with HR to build a strong pipeline for Personal Wealth
• Manage a shared book of business with a focus on client enrollment, satisfaction, and retention
• Provide ongoing feedback and support to Advisors, identifying trends and driving continuous improvement
• Collaborate across Personal Wealth teams to enhance policies, staffing plans, and operational processes
• Offer technical guidance on financial planning and assist Advisors in resolving client issues
• Support audit and control processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Champion change management initiatives and resolve escalated issues

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Possession of, or ability to obtain within 120 days, SIE, Series 7, 63, and 66 regulatory licenses
• Proven experience in coaching and developing others to drive performance outcomes
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage workstreams from start to finish
• Ability to lead through change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
