Manager - Financial Accounting & Reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage overall financial accounting, reporting, and treasury functions for the group.
• Supervise general accounting operations, ensuring strict compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Prepare and consolidate financial statements, including Trial Balance, P&L, and Balance Sheets.
• Oversee the budget and forecast processes, including annual strategic five-year planning.
• Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships.
• Monitor ERP systems, reconcile control accounts, and ensure accurate data posting.
• Ensure timely compliance with UAE Corporate Tax, KSA Zakat, and VAT filings.
• Lead and develop the finance team through performance management and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Qualified accountant (CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
• 8-10 years of financial experience, specifically within the manufacturing industry.
• Expert knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• In-depth knowledge of financial and ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
