Manager, Finance Transformation & Solutions

Responsibilities

• Support the optimization and enhancement of OneStream for corporate consolidations and financial reporting
• Develop scalable and automated reporting solutions for SEC, Corporate Controllership, and internal management needs
• Drive the adoption of AI-driven tools and process automation within financial reporting and analysis
• Execute key initiatives related to data modeling, system configuration, and report builds
• Maintain and enhance financial master data, including metadata hierarchies and reporting structures
• Collaborate with IT, FP&A, and Audit teams to ensure system stability and control compliance
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and closing processes through workflow simplification

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in finance systems, consolidation, or financial reporting within a large enterprise
• Hands-on experience with OneStream, Hyperion, or a comparable consolidation and reporting platform
• Proven ability to support system-enabled improvements in external reporting or enterprise consolidation
• Strong understanding of financial master data and metadata governance concepts
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
