Manager Finance Transformation Microsoft D365

Responsibilities

• Lead financial transformation projects for clients with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Plan, direct, and deliver comprehensive change initiatives to modernize and optimize finance functions
• Define transformation strategies and lead project teams
• Oversee implementations and drive adoption and training to ensure maximum impact of new systems and processes
• Collaborate with executive teams, finance teams, and IT departments to ensure solutions meet business needs

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading financial transformation projects focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain
• Deep understanding of financial processes including accounting, planning, reporting, and controlling
• Strong project management skills with documented experience in complex IT and business projects
• Proven experience in change management and process optimization
• Relevant university degree in finance, IT, engineering, or equivalent
• Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in D365 Finance or project management
