Manager, Finance Systems

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy and roadmap for the enterprise financial systems ecosystem
• Lead architecture and solution design governance across the financial technology landscape
• Drive enterprise financial systems transformation initiatives and platform selection
• Oversee engineering delivery and operational support for reliability and data integrity
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, SDLC processes, and release management
• Partner with stakeholders to align technology roadmaps with business strategy
• Ensure financial data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness (SOX)
• Manage and develop high-performing engineering teams and external partners
• Oversee vendor strategy and performance management

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise financial systems
• 3+ years in engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale financial systems transformations or implementations
• Deep understanding of core finance domains (R2R, P2P, O2C, Treasury, Tax, etc.)
• Expertise in enterprise financial platforms (ERP) and integrated ecosystems
• Experience defining solution architecture, integration strategies, and data models
• Working knowledge of financial controls and compliance (SOX)
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and manage third-party vendors
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
