About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across Finance processes, specifically focusing on R2R, O2C, and P2P.
  • Conduct process assessments, value stream mapping, and deep-dive diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement and deliver measurable business benefits.
  • Develop business cases for transformation projects, including quantified benefits and implementation roadmaps.
  • Pilot and implement new technologies such as AI, RPA, process mining, and task mining to support digital transformation.
  • Design and implement Business Process Management (BPM) standards, including process inventories and documentation.
  • Establish and monitor process performance metrics and KPIs for Finance Operations.
  • Build internal capability by conducting Lean Six Sigma training and coaching teams on structured problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Finance transformation, process improvement consulting, or in-house Finance Operations Excellence.
  • Proven experience driving transformation across R2R, O2C, and P2P workstreams.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (minimum); Black Belt is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and building process inventories.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate with senior management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce, travel, or technology-driven industries.
  • Familiarity with process mining, task mining, or similar productivity and analytics tools.
  • Experience delivering White Belt and Yellow Belt training to diverse teams.
