Manager - Finance

Responsibilities

• Support the Topline Team in delivering financial KPIs through accurate planning, reporting, and analysis for the UK Foods business
• Manage Snacks Actuals reporting and forecasting, including reconciling results between SAP and TM1
• Prepare and present variance analysis (Volume, GR, and D&A) and performance narratives to senior stakeholders
• Coordinate with business partners to finalize forecast streams, overlays, and AOP iterations
• Maintain and manage dashboarding tools, including the Power-BI toolkit and Tableau dashboards
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in processes, simplifications, and control remediations
• Provide commercial analytics support and ad-hoc analysis to drive impactful business insights

Requirements

• University degree in Economics or Finance
• 5 years of experience in Finance with exposure to techno-commercial deliverables
• 1-2 years of experience using TM1 and Power-BI or Tableau
• High level of analytical capability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in English (both oral and written)
