Manager, Finance Operations — Settlements & Treasury

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end crypto and fiat settlements across all Deriv entities, including deposits, withdrawals, and intergroup transfers.
• Oversee crypto wallet exposure by managing trigger thresholds, hot/cold sweep configurations, and access controls.
• Monitor treasury visibility, including investment tracking, bank balance monitoring, and month-end closing across 44+ payment service providers.
• Manage the PSP lifecycle, including onboarding providers, managing credentials, and reconciling statements.
• Maintain data pipelines from Google Sheets to BigQuery for finance reporting in collaboration with BI and Automation teams.
• Design risk controls and auto-sweep configurations to cap loss scenarios and manage multi-sig dependencies.
• Lead and develop a team covering settlements and crypto accounting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance operations, specifically in treasury, settlements, or accounting operations.
• Hands-on experience with crypto reconciliation, including a deep understanding of hot/cold wallets and multi-sig processes.
• Proficiency in BigQuery, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Experience working within fintech, trading, or crypto-adjacent businesses.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on reconciliation accuracy and audit readiness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an environment undergoing digital or AI-driven operational transformation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Security, and Risk teams.
