About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee general accounting, AP/AR, and treasury coordination
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes and balance sheet reconciliations
- Design and implement internal controls in line with SGS Minimum Control Standards
- Develop and maintain the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework at country level
- Partner with FP&A for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and local regulations
- Drive process optimization, automation, and standardization across finance operations
- Lead and develop a team within finance operations and controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification required
- 8–12 years of experience including a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local statutory requirements
- Expertise in internal control frameworks and audit methodologies
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial tools
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree
