Manager, Finance

Responsibilities

• Act as a finance business partner to Retail and Wholesale teams to drive revenue, margin, EBIT, and working capital performance
• Provide decision support to leadership through robust MIS, analytics, and actionable business insights
• Support strategic initiatives including business growth plans, new business model structuring, and trade term optimization
• Lead partner lifecycle management including agreements, credit limit controls, collections, and reconciliations
• Drive financial governance by ensuring adherence to controls, compliance frameworks, and SOX requirements
• Monitor and optimize working capital through effective management of receivables, inventory, and collections
• Own store-related financials including revenue recognition and inventory tracking
• Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities to improve margins and business performance

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant
• 5–7 years of experience in commercial finance or decision support roles
• Proficient in SAP ERP and advanced Excel
• Solid understanding of US GAAP, India GAAP, and SOX compliance frameworks
• Strong experience in business partnering and influencing leadership decisions
• Ability to interpret financial data into actionable commercial insights
