Manager Finance & Controlling

Responsibilities

• Act as a Finance Business Partner to the local CEO and management team, providing financial transparency and objective challenge.
• Support local business decisions through financial analysis, scenario planning, and profitability evaluations by model and channel.
• Manage local budgeting, forecasting, and financial steering in alignment with the group planning cycle.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks related to sales performance, margins, and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with local GAAP, tax, and regulatory requirements, coordinating local audit and compliance activities.
• Manage local system configurations and business requirement documents (BRD) for finance process enhancements.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a comparable finance-related field.
• 5+ years of operative experience in finance.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
• Proficiency in SAP (user and configuration) is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the automotive industry.
• Experience working within a joint venture context.
• Proficiency in the German language.
• Knowledge of end-to-end business processes in sales, marketing, and distribution.
