Manager Finance Controllership

Responsibilities

• Lead the controllership function for the US entity, establishing scalable financial processes and ensuring statutory compliance.
• Manage timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure processes, including AR, AP, GL, and cash flow.
• Prepare MIS, standalone P&L, balance sheets, cash flow projections, and variance analysis.
• Oversee taxation and statutory compliance, including US sales tax, franchise tax, and corporate tax returns.
• Coordinate with tax consultants and lead statutory, tax, and transfer pricing audits.
• Support consolidation activities, including inter-company reconciliations and eliminations.
• Review and validate provisions for expenses, payroll, benefits, and taxes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance roles.
• Proven expertise in US GAAP and experience working with US-registered entities.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA (USA).
• Strong hands-on exposure to accounting operations, month-end closures, and audits.
• Proficiency in ERP-driven environments, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 or QuickBooks.
