Manager - Finance

Responsibilities

• Manage core finance activities and support day-to-day financial operations within a GCC setup
• Lead and coordinate month-end and year-end book close activities
• Oversee accounts payable processing and employee expense reimbursements
• Ensure accurate accounting treatment in compliance with India GAAP and applicable tax requirements
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements
• Utilize Excel and ERP systems to drive reporting efficiency and process improvements
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve finance issues and support business decisions

Requirements

• MBA, MCOM, CA, or ACWA qualification
• 8–10 years of relevant finance experience
• Proven experience in core finance roles within a GCC environment
• Strong expertise in book close, accounts payable, and expense reimbursement
• Deep knowledge of India GAAP and taxation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with ERP systems
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
