Manager Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with business area stakeholders to cascade financial priorities and drive implementation through deep understanding of cost and revenue drivers.
• Support and challenge business areas by validating business cases, reviewing supplier bids, and providing financial rationale for recommendations.
• Manage monthly reporting and financial performance analysis, ensuring actuals vs. budget/forecast variations are clearly understood and explained.
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with top-down targets and divisional goals.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and tools, including the implementation of new ERP systems and budgeting tools.
• Manage and develop team members by fostering a positive culture, conducting performance reviews, and supporting individual career growth.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Expertise in building complex financial models (Excel or related tools).
• Experience working with ERP systems, underlying processes, and financial reporting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and people.
• Knowledge of the airline industry and finance operations within large, complex companies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualification such as CMA, ACCA, MBA, or CPA.
• Previous experience in finance business partnering roles specifically supporting business operations.
