About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a field sales organization focused on SMB merchants in restaurants, retail, and service-based businesses
  • Manage a team of approximately 8 quota-carrying Territory Account Executives
  • Develop and execute business plans to capture and retain market share in assigned cities
  • Drive revenue against annual sales quotas through coaching, co-selling, and operational excellence
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to review KPIs including SaaS metrics, win rates, and activations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build top-of-funnel leads and local brand awareness
  • Travel a minimum of 50% to perform in-person selling alongside the team

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales success, preferably in a high-growth company
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, ideally leading field account executives
  • Experience in high transaction volume SaaS or financial services sales
  • Proven track record of building high-performance, metrics-driven sales cultures
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage senior executive relationships
  • BA/BS Degree
