About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a field sales organization focused on SMB merchants in restaurants, retail, and service-based businesses
- Manage a team of approximately 8 quota-carrying Territory Account Executives
- Develop and execute business plans to capture and retain market share in assigned cities
- Drive revenue against annual sales quotas through coaching, co-selling, and operational excellence
- Utilize a data-driven approach to review KPIs including SaaS metrics, win rates, and activations
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build top-of-funnel leads and local brand awareness
- Travel a minimum of 50% to perform in-person selling alongside the team
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales success, preferably in a high-growth company
- 5+ years of leadership experience, ideally leading field account executives
- Experience in high transaction volume SaaS or financial services sales
- Proven track record of building high-performance, metrics-driven sales cultures
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage senior executive relationships
- BA/BS Degree
