Manager, Field Planning & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead call planning and targeting efforts to optimize the effectiveness of Psych and Migraine sales forces
• Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine HCP targeting approaches based on market dynamics
• Develop cycle-based call panels and manage field alignment adjustments to ensure workload balance
• Execute ad-hoc analytics to generate timely insights regarding trends or events impacting specific brands
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform analytical insights into standardized reporting

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical or relevant industry experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Coding experience in SAS, SQL, R, or Python
• Experience working directly with pharmaceutical sales data sources
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry compliance regulations and standards
• Understanding of field sales activities, roles, and behaviors
• Experience leveraging agentic AI to accelerate analytics and processes
