Manager, Field Planning & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead call planning and targeting efforts to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the Psych and Migraine sales forces
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional leadership to refine HCP targeting approaches based on market dynamics
• Develop cycle-based call panels that align with marketing and sales objectives
• Manage cycle-based adjustments to field alignments and lead sizing/re-sizing efforts for franchise optimization
• Generate ad-hoc analytics and timely insights to address trends or events impacting brands and sales teams
• Collaborate with internal partners to transform ad-hoc analyses into standardized reporting

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical or relevant industry experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Coding experience in SAS, SQL, R, or Python
• Experience working directly with pharmaceutical sales data sources
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a team and cross-functional, matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry compliance regulations and standards
• Understanding of field sales activities, roles, and behaviors
• Experience leveraging agentic AI to accelerate processes and analytics
