Manager – Field & Channel Program Management (Greater Asia)

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project/Program Managers to drive a culture of accountability and delivery excellence
• Own end-to-end delivery of Field & Channel programs across Greater Asia, ensuring disciplined execution and risk management
• Act as the Management of Change (MoC) lead for initiatives, managing stakeholder communications, training, and adoption
• Translate global strategies into structured regional and country rollout plans, balancing standardization with localization
• Influence senior stakeholders across Field, Channel, Sales, Partner, and Support functions
• Establish program governance, operating cadence, and KPI tracking for productivity, quality, and customer experience

Requirements

• 10+ years in program/project management or operations transformation
• 3+ years of experience in people management
• Proven experience delivering multi-country programs within a matrix organization
• Strong change management and stakeholder influence capabilities
• Excellent executive communication and structured problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Field Services, Channel/Partner ecosystems, or service operations
• Exposure to global strategy deployment within a regional (APJ / Greater Asia) context
• Familiarity with structured change or transformation frameworks
