Manager, Fan Engagement

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of social media, web properties, and email/SMS channels for a designated roster of artists
• Execute digital and social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and Snapchat
• Create and publish engaging copy and content designed to increase reach through audience interaction and algorithms
• Support growth and engagement initiatives for both established and developing artists to foster loyal fan communities
• Partner with Marketing and Artist teams to build and maintain editorial calendars across digital platforms
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to inform future digital efforts
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure digital execution aligns with broader marketing and artist priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in digital and/or social media marketing
• Hands-on experience executing digital strategies and managing social platforms daily
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Solid understanding of interactive technologies including TikTok, Instagram, X, Discord, and CRM/SMS platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a record label, entertainment company, or social media agency
• Passion for R&B and Hip Hop
• Proficiency in creative tools such as Photoshop, iMovie, or Illustrator
