Manager, Facility Administration

Responsibilities

• Manage all SEZ-related compliance, including Annual Performance Reports (APR), softex filings, and NFE calculations
• Liaise with the Development Commissioner's office, STPI, Customs, DGFT, and other regulatory bodies for approvals and audits
• Oversee SEZ-specific tax benefits, GST compliance, TDS deductions, and Section 10AA income tax benefits
• Manage end-to-end facilities operations, including office infrastructure, housekeeping, security, transport, and asset management
• Lead vendor lifecycle management, including RFQ/RFP processes, contract negotiations, and performance reviews
• Coordinate office expansion, fit-out projects, and maintenance schedules for electrical, HVAC, and IT infrastructure
• Oversee administrative functions such as travel desk, visa processing, and expat support (FRRO registrations)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8–10 years of experience in office administration and facilities management within an IT/ITES environment
• 4–5 years of direct experience working within an SEZ environment
• Deep knowledge of the SEZ Act, SEZ Rules, GST, TDS, FEMA, and customs regulations
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tamil
