About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage facilities and office services for the Toronto offices to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment
- Lead and oversee facility management services including office moves, maintenance programs, and vendor performance
- Plan and implement corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures for regional office operations
- Develop, manage, and monitor regional budgets, including procurement of office supplies and service contract oversight
- Execute regional space initiatives and special projects in support of workplace strategy
- Manage health and safety requirements, including pandemic planning and emergency coordination
- Drive process improvements and leverage technology to optimize resourcing and employee experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration or a related field
- 5+ years of facilities management experience, ideally within a fast-paced financial or professional services firm
- Demonstrated experience in people leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
