Manager Facilities I

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations, maintenance, and infrastructure for a large corporate facility in Moncton, including HVAC, electrical, and life safety systems.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs and manage vendors, service contracts, and on-site contractors.
• Ensure compliance with provincial and federal health, safety, and building regulations.
• Chair the IGT NB Health & Safety Committee and act as the escalation point for facility incidents and emergencies.
• Provide oversight for facilities operations at four additional Canadian properties, including budgeting, vendor performance, and lifecycle planning.
• Drive sustainability, energy-efficiency, and reliability initiatives across the portfolio.

Requirements

• 8+ years of facilities or building operations management experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale facilities (100,000+ sq. ft.).
• Experience in multi-site portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian building regulations and health & safety standards.
• Proficiency in budgeting and vendor management.
• Ability to work on-site in Moncton with occasional travel and on-call availability for emergencies.
