Manager - Facilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations across owned and leased properties in the Southeast Region
• Manage a capital and operating budget exceeding $16M
• Ensure custodial, life-safety, engineering, and maintenance services meet company standards
• Lead vendor contract management and performance reviews
• Manage initiatives focused on delivering sustainable cost savings
• Coordinate leasing, tenant improvements, and chargebacks
• Approve transactions up to $100K

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent extensive experience
• 10+ years of facilities or real estate management experience
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of construction, engineering, or architectural principles
• Experience with facilities management systems and tools
• Ability to travel occasionally as required
