Manager - FAAS (Capital Markets)

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver technical accounting support for clients accessing capital markets
• Utilize expertise in PCAOB audits, US GAAP, SOX, and SEC reporting
• Project manage complex transactions and provide coaching to team members
• Build and maintain an international professional network
• Act as a credible advisor to clients, resolving complex regulatory and reporting issues

Requirements

• Fully qualified as a US CPA or UK equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of PCAOB audit experience
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and baseline knowledge of IFRS
• Proven experience providing services to clients undertaking capital raising
• Strong project management and people management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
