Manager, F16 ME WET

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Wet/Bevel/Cu Plate equipment engineering team to support Fab16 manufacturing operations.
• Ensure high tool availability, stability, and performance through systematic monitoring.
• Drive equipment continuous improvement initiatives, including uptime enhancement, defect reduction, and cost savings.
• Own and manage equipment KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, and defectivity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Support new technology and product transfers (NPI/TD), including tool readiness and qualification.
• Lead troubleshooting of critical tool issues and drive root cause analysis (RCA) with effective corrective actions.
• Manage team development, including coaching, performance management, and capability building.
• Ensure strict compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a Wet/Bevel/Cu Plate equipment engineering team.
• Strong track record in driving equipment continuous improvement and managing manufacturing KPIs.
• Expertise in troubleshooting critical equipment issues and conducting root cause analysis.
• Ability to manage team performance and develop engineering talent.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional departments in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
