Manager - Export Logistics

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export logistics for dosage form products across more than 26 countries.
• Manage relationships with logistics service providers, freight forwarders, customs house agents, and last-mile delivery partners.
• Drive cost optimization through reverse auction bid mechanisms, direct carrier contracts, and container yield optimization.
• Ensure operational efficiency by processing orders within two working days and providing timely shipment intimations to customers.
• Maintain high quality and compliance standards, including zero temperature excursions in cool chain shipments and error-free documentation.
• Manage inventory reduction through weekly stock analysis and regular cadence meetings with relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee the budgeted Air-Sea ratio and coordinate with external agencies such as Customs, Airlines, and Banks.

Requirements

• Graduate, Engineer, or MBA degree.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in export logistics or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in SAP Hana and Applexes.
• Strong understanding of international shipping, customs regulations, and vendor development.
