Manager Executive Protection

Responsibilities

• Lead global executive protection and protective intelligence efforts to support senior leadership
• Conduct threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments for executives, residences, and travel environments
• Manage C-suite emergency response protocols and global crisis management efforts
• Develop and implement executive travel security plans and contingency procedures
• Oversee third-party executive protection vendors, including selection and performance management
• Develop and deliver training programs focused on threat recognition and situational awareness
• Provide strategic oversight for executive protection incidents and intelligence-driven risk mitigation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Criminal Justice, Security Management, or Business Administration
• 5+ years of experience in executive protection, corporate security, military, or law enforcement
• 3+ years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Proficiency in first aid, defensive driving, and evasive driving certifications
• Strong analytical, crisis management, and communication skills
• Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• CCW certification
• Specialized security certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Executive Protection Specialist (EPS)
• Global security experience and multi-lingual capabilities
