Manager, Executive Operations

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted operational partner within the Office of MSL to drive operational excellence and strategic clarity
• Prepare leadership for internal and external meetings by providing high-level topics, attendee backgrounds, and decision recommendations
• Act as a central point of operational coordination for the MSL organization, facilitating agendas and driving follow-ups
• Build working relationships with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, and HR to remove friction
• Track progress against critical goals and manage priority workstreams on behalf of leadership
• Draft and curate executive-level documents, agendas, presentations, and briefing materials
• Partner with Executive Admins on office management, staff meetings, and off-sites

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations, business lead, program management, strategy, or management consulting
• Proven track record of executing strategy projects in fast-paced, complex organizations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for drafting executive briefs and presentations
• Experience supporting C-Suite executives or senior leadership
• Proficiency in Google Slides, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight timelines
• Experience handling highly confidential information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

• Ongoing AI skill development such as prompt engineering or agent orchestration
• Experience implementing responsible and ethical AI practices
• Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact
• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, or an MBA
