About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute overarching marketing strategies for a global events portfolio, including flagship summits and private roundtables.
  • Serve as the primary marketing and audience strategy contact for sponsoring clients, managing relationships from kickoff through post-event reporting.
  • Develop integrated digital, email, and partnership campaigns to maximize audience reach and impact.
  • Drive audience growth strategies targeting senior public sector leaders, multilateral institutions, and C-suite executives.
  • Write and manage event marketing content, including website copy, email campaigns, and attendee communications.
  • Analyze event performance data, such as registration trends and engagement, to provide actionable insights and post-event reports for sponsors.
  • Collaborate with internal commercial, research, and communications teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in event marketing, audience development, client advisory, or strategic communications.
  • Proven experience managing client or sponsor relationships directly, including delivering client-facing materials and progress updates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft high-level presentations and reports.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to track performance and identify trends.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-profile events simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a global, policy, or advisory environment.
  • Experience managing complex, high-profile international convenings.
  • Advanced degree.
