Manager, Event Tech Reporting & Insights

Responsibilities

• Define and standardize event technology KPIs across platforms and shows
• Establish internal adoption metrics including setup completion and readiness compliance
• Establish external adoption metrics including exhibitor profile completion and attendee engagement
• Build and maintain repeatable dashboards and report templates for event technology performance
• Manage reporting request intake and prioritization from Operations Managers and Platform Leads
• Deliver portfolio-level insights and learnings to leadership on a regular cadence
• Partner with Platform Leads to understand data availability and structure across the technology stack
• Work with Data & Analytics and IT to ensure data flows correctly into Databricks and Power BI
• Translate data into actionable findings for platform strategy and vendor performance reviews

Requirements

• Experience in a reporting, analytics, or business intelligence role
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience building dashboards and defining KPIs for operational teams
• Ability to partner with technical teams like data engineering and IT
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical audiences and executives
• Highly organized with experience managing competing requests and intake systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with data platforms like Databricks
• Curiosity about AI-assisted analytics tools
• Familiarity with event technology platforms such as registration, mobile apps, or CRM
