Manager Estimation/Pricing

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse group of pricing agents to effectively price work in various markets
• Collaborate with Operations and partners to support pricing strategy
• Perform post-bid and job cost analysis to drive continuous improvement
• Support presentations and proposal development as needed
• Review drawings, specifications, and attend pre-bid meetings to define scope
• Price out Mechanical/Plumbing Small Works quotes
• Develop and validate cost estimates, including risks, contingencies, and indirect costs
• Contribute to improving estimating tools, models, and processes

Requirements

• Technical training in construction or equivalent estimating experience
• Ability to read and interpret building specifications and blueprints
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially spreadsheets
• Experience in a small works or institutional environment
• Ability to use cost-estimating software
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Proven leadership and communication skills
