Manager, Enzyme Therapies Business Unit Marketing, PKU

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of PKU customer engagement activities, including medical congresses, advisory boards, and advocacy events.
• Drive content generation and adaptation for HCPs, patients, and caregivers, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and messaging.
• Collaborate with digital partners and affiliate marketing teams to develop and disseminate content across personal and non-personal channels.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including vendor management, budgeting, timelines, and performance monitoring against KPIs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Medical Affairs, Compliance, and Digital Strategy to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure all marketing initiatives adhere to pharmaceutical regulations, company policies, and ethical standards through proactive risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Communications, or Business Administration.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, specifically within a marketing role.
• Proven track record in cross-functional project management and coordinating multiple complex projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• A strategic, results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international brands and exposure to multiple therapeutic areas.
• Scientific fluency and the ability to translate complex data into resonant marketing content.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
