Manager, Environmental, Health and Safety

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) projects and initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation
• Serve as a subject matter expert for EHS management and technical standards, contributing to continuous improvement across the organization
• Develop and execute EHS strategic plans, including project budgetary responsibilities and resource allocation
• Conduct complex investigations to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
• Mentor and develop entry-level EHS professionals by sharing technical expertise and best practices
• Represent the organization as the primary EHS contact for internal stakeholders and external regulatory agencies
• Drive EHS performance and metric improvements through data-driven analysis and innovative technology application

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in EHS, Engineering, Science, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 5+ years of experience in safety program administration
• Working knowledge of governmental regulations and standards, including EPA, OSHA, DOT, and ISO
• Proven experience working within a manufacturing environment

• Master's degree in a relevant field
