Manager, Entrances and Partitions

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Solutions Specialists
• Set clear goals, KPIs, and expectations while monitoring performance
• Drive quote-to-order conversion through coaching and process discipline
• Oversee timely and accurate quote and order processing
• Maintain SLA compliance across all customer touchpoints
• Resolve customer escalations with urgency and accountability
• Monitor open quotes and ensure CRM/system notes are current
• Review bid documents, specifications, and drawings for accurate quoting
• Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to meet shared goals

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in inside sales, estimating, or technical sales
• 2+ years of leadership, team management, or mentoring experience
• Proven ability to manage KPIs and drive performance improvements
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and bid documents

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with quoting tools, CRM systems, or configurators
