About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sales execution for marquee enterprise accounts and deliver team/individual ARR and TCV quotas.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 3–6 enterprise Account Executives through weekly strategy sessions and deal coaching.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying cycles, including C-level relationships, procurement, and legal.
  • Develop land-and-expand strategies to increase ACV and expand usage across multiple business units.
  • Partner with Solution Architects and engineers to deliver value-led, agentic AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem allies, including GSIs and hyperscalers, to drive partner-led pipeline.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a leadership or player-coach role.
  • Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals with $500K–$5M+ TCV.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and value-based selling methodologies.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
  • Experience in account-based targeting and outbound-led growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling AI, data infrastructure, or high-complexity SaaS to regulated industries (BFSI, GRC, SOC).
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger Sale.
  • Exposure to AI/ML platforms, multi-agent orchestration, or advanced analytics.
