About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of executive communicators and engagement professionals
  • Oversee the development of internal and external executive-level communications, including speech writing and visual storytelling
  • Direct the planning and execution of major enterprise events such as leadership offsites and town halls
  • Design and deliver communication strategies that support enterprise transformation and change adoption
  • Establish operating rhythms, processes, and governance for communications, engagement, and events
  • Manage departmental resources, budgets, and project timelines to ensure optimal delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in communications
  • 3+ years of experience in a people management role
  • Proven expertise in executive communications (speech writing, visual storytelling, and multi-channel strategies)
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale events and engagement programs
  • Strong background in change management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • Prosci or similar change management certification
  • PMP or similar project management certification
