Manager, Enterprise Financial Reporting

Responsibilities

• Maintain alignment between internal management reporting and external financial reporting as business models and governance structures evolve
• Serve as the primary owner and gatekeeper for changes impacting reporting hierarchies, allocations, and financial data structures
• Partner with External Reporting, Technical Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and FinTech to design and implement enterprise reporting structures
• Lead initiatives to simplify, standardize, and automate reporting processes with a focus on scalability and governance
• Support segment, reporting unit, and component evaluations during organizational changes
• Communicate complex reporting and structural changes clearly to finance leadership and key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong understanding of enterprise financial reporting structures and segment reporting concepts
• Experience with financial data modeling and enterprise reporting systems
• Proven change leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders through structural changes
• Strong executive-level communication and collaboration skills in a matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience working within a large, complex organization with exposure to external reporting or financial systems
