Manager, Enterprise Direct Sales

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the sales of integrated communication structures to enterprise customers to maximize revenue and meet corporate objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives through selection, training, and performance appraisals.
• Develop and coordinate sales promotions and incentives to achieve business goals and quality standards.
• Prepare and analyze sales records to ensure accurate forecasting of annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue and unit numbers.
• Design and implement territory team structures and coordinate efforts with internal regional teams.
• Model the Comcast Credo and drive a culture of inclusion and customer-centricity.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or sales management.
• Expertise in Ethernet, Internet, Voice, and TV services.
• Proven experience managing and motivating sales teams.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills with experience processing and analyzing data.
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends, as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
