About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment and implementation of the Enterprise Resilience Platform across various groups and geographies.
  • Support capability development and testing, including configuring Fusion modules and validating data flows within a Salesforce Hyperforce environment on AWS.
  • Coordinate and manage testing for the Bank’s mass notification tools and Risk Management applications.
  • Provide onboarding support and deliver virtual training to Enterprise Resilience Platform users.
  • Act as a change management and technical advocate across internal teams, technology partners, and vendors.
  • Analyze data to identify efficiency opportunities, automate processes, and provide reporting on platform usage.
  • Support the organization’s response to significant disruptive events by liaising with regional teams during crisis activations.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in application implementation and change management.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience delivering training via virtual conferencing platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead or influence cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience developing briefings for senior executives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Fusion Risk Management applications.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Integration Architect, or System Architect).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
