Manager, Enterprise Business Development

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of BDRs responsible for outbound opportunity generation
• Hire, onboard, and develop skills for outbound prospecting and qualifying
• Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with sales goals
• Provide hands-on coaching and weekly 1:1 feedback to drive performance
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to refine messaging and lead generation tactics
• Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment accurately
• Monitor team performance metrics to increase BDR productivity

Requirements

• 2+ years leading a team of BDRs
• Experience in Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, Infrastructure, or OSS preferred
• Experience with funnel management across multiple channels
• Hands-on experience in onboarding and learning & development
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, lead generation software, and AI tools
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, and train talent
