Manager, Enterprise Associate Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of 6-8 Enterprise Associate Account Executives
• Provide opportunity support and coaching through early, middle, and late-stage sales activities
• Conduct live call shadowing and provide real-time feedback and structured debriefs to improve rep performance
• Monitor performance using CRM data and coaching tools to provide recommendations for promotion-readiness
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Managers, Enablement, and Marketing to ensure reps have necessary tools and messaging
• Partner with Sales Leadership to define and maintain clear progression criteria and success metrics for transitioning into senior roles

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive experience as an Account Executive in SaaS
• Proven track record of exceeding quota in a full-cycle or team-based sales role
• Experience mentoring, onboarding, or coaching junior sellers
• Strong collaborative mindset with experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, and Enablement functions

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a team lead, pod lead, or manager role within a sales organization
